Jeff Dunham Concert

We went to the Jeff Dunham concert on Thursday last week. It was Hillarious! I was laughing so hard I was crying! I didn't get any pictures there but I have some pictures of the puppets. We had seats on the floor. They were awesome! We could see everything up close and we didn't even need binoculars! I loved it! If he ever comes here again, I will definatly be going! If you want to see what I am talking about you can watch some of it on you tube. He also has two movies out. One is Jeff Dunham: Spark of Insanity, the other is Jeff Dunham: Arguing with myself and there is also Jeff Dumham's christmas special. I am telling you they are worth the laughs!

Cute and funny!

ok, I confess I have been stealing stuff! I stole this picture from my sisters blog! I couldn't resist I love it!

I also stole this poem from my cousin Wendy's blog but I laughed so hard when I read it because that is exactly what I feel like!

Twas the month after Christmas,
And all through the house,
Nothing would fit me,
Not even a blouse.
The cookies I'd nibbled,
The chocolate I'd taste
At the holiday parties
Had gone to my waist.
When I got on the scales
There arose such a number!
When I walked to the store
(less a walk than a lumber),
I'd remember the marvellous meals I'd prepared;
The gravies and sauces and beef nicely rared,
The wine and the rum balls,
the bread and the cheese
And the way I'd never said,
"No thank you, please."
As I dressed myself in my husband's old shirt
And prepared once again to do battle with dirt...
I said to myself,
as I only can,
"You can't spend a winter, disguised as a man!"
So, away with the last of the sour cream dip.
Get rid of the fruit cake, every cracker and chip.
Every last bit of food that I like must be banished
Till all the additional ounces have vanished.
I won't have a cookie, not even a lick.
I'll want only to chew on a long celery stick.
I won't have hot biscuits, or corn bread, or pie.
I'll munch on a carrot and quietly cry.
I'm hungry, I'm lonesome,
and life is a bore...
But isn't that what January is for?
Unable to giggle,
no longer a riot.
Happy New Year to all, and to all a good diet.

One Day at a Time

Hello!

School started last week and I am already drowning in homework. I got some of it done on saturday night at work. It was a slow night so I did math homework. YUCK! I think my teachers are pretty good this semester. I found a website called rate your professer and the other students leave their comments about the teachers on it. I thought it was very helpful.

We are going to see Jeff Dunham tomorrow night at the Energy Solutions Arena. I am so excited. For those of you who don't know, he is a comedian/ventriliquist. If you haven't seen his movies, you should. He is one of Mike's favorites. I will have to write more about that later.
