SCHOOL IS OUT!!!!
I took my last final today in my anatomy class!!!! That class was horrible! I hated every minute of it! That was by far the hardest class I have ever taken in my life! I had my Math final yesterday and my nutrition and anatomy lab finals were last week! I am so glad this semester is done! I was really stressing out! Mike just knew to stay away! I have been studying for the last five days and nights, literally for this anatomy final. I am so relieved that it is done! I don't have to worry about school again.....until January 12 that is.......

Merry Christmas!
Last Time I Blogged Mike was going to Canada and I was finishing up the Twilight books. Mike had a great time in canada. Everything is way more expensive there though. He went to Mcdonalds to eat lunch and it was $12 just for him! Everything is written in French and English. He said that they all say "ay" at the end of everything and he wasn't sure if they wanted him to agree with them or if they were asking him a question.
I finished the Twilight books. The fourth one is my favorite. I love them all. I have seen the movie twice and will probably buy it. There is a lot in it that would not make sense to someone who has not read the books. The books are a lot better than the movie. I still suggest you read them.

Just Catchin' up.....
I haven't blogged for a while because nothing has really changed. I am still going to school and working full time and Mike is always working. I am so excited for this semester to be over! I have now read Eclipse and have only twenty pages left of Breaking Dawn (for those of you who don't know, they are in the twilight series), I love those books. Okay, I will admit I didn't read them, I am listening to them on tape on my Ipod because I don't have time to read them. I listen to it when I am driving in my car and at night i usually listen to some, and it is so good and distracting that I sometimes listen to it instead of doing my homework....I know, I know, that is a little on the obsessive side. I am not ashamed, I am obsessed! I LOVE those books! Mike is going to Canada to work for a couple of weeks next week, oh, wait it is this week:( I don't want him to go, but TWILIGHT is coming out in theaters while he is gone and I have made plans to go and see that with all of my friends while he is gone. I can't wait! Olive Garden needs help in Canada. He is going to Calgary. I will let you know how that goes.

I am still alive, I promise!
Wow! It has been a LONG time since I have updated this! So much has happened, I am not sure where to start. I survived not being with Mike for the five or so weeks he stayed up in Idaho. We accatually went to Boise for a week so that he could work there. They needed some help. I took a day off from school and I wasn't working so I went with him. It was fun! I went shopping, A LOT! I got a manicure and a pedicure and I just chilled out in the hotel room the whole time. I have to admit there is a whole lot more to do in Boise then there is in Idaho Falls. I kind of liked it. They have a Huge mall there that had a whole bunch of stores. I moved back to Salt Lake on May 27. I have been so Busy since then I haven't even looked at this blog since I moved! My baby brother, Kevin graduated from Murray High on May 30th! Congrats Kev! I saw David Archuletta at the graduation because his sister graduated. They didn't let him sing, but my sister got some awesome pictures of him! While we were at the graduation my other Baby Brother Korry texted and said his wife was getting admitted to Labor and Delivery because she was going to have a baby! It was a little scary because she was 5 weeks early. He waited for one more day. Mckennen Lowell Johnson was born at St. Marks Hospital On May 31st 2008 at 2:41 PM he weighed in at a whopping 4 lbs. 12oz. He was born after his great grandpa Lowell Hart. He is the cutest thing! I love him so much! Congratulations Korry and Albeth! Two days after Mckennen was born my mom had to have surgery on her neck. She had 3 herniated disks in her neck due to a work injury a few months before. She has been home since then. So I wasn't working, my sister in law wasn't working and my mom wasn't working. It has been fun because my dad is working at home right now and Kevin has a job that he does from home as well. We have all been home a lot. Mike moved here a couple of weeks ago and he is working at the Murray Olive Garden by Fashion Place Mall. He is the Manager there so stop by and be sure to say hi to him. He is there five days a week. I have been in school all summer. I am taking pre-requisites for Nursing School. I am so pleased to say I passed with A's in both of my classes! GO ME!!! I started working at St. Marks Hospital on OBGYN today. I get to work with my mom. She said "oh, good, I get to be your boss at home and at work!" It will be fun. We are planning on staying with my mom and dad until I finish school. I just hope they let us stay that long! Go to my sister's website to see pictures of Mckennen and Abby's cute birthday!

It's a beautiful day today!
It has been raining, snowing, even hailing outside everyday in may so far, but Today I woke up and the sun is shining, the grass is really green there are squirrels running around outside, and there is not one cloud in the sky! I LOVE days like today! I am going to go for a walk later! I love it! I hope everyone else is having a good day too!

I'm Coming Home
I'm almost there! Yesterday was my last day at Shopko! I only have 2 more days to go at the hospital! I was excited before but now I am freaking out a little because I am not going to be making any money when I get to Salt Lake! That is a bit scary! I have started applying for jobs like crazy though! I have applied for several at different hospitals. Hopefully one of them hires me! See you all soon!!!!!

Only a few more work days!!!!
I only have one more week at shopko! I only have 3 more shifts at the hospital! I am almost done working! I am so happy! BUT......then I have to start school:( I am looking forward to it though! I am moving home in TWO WEEKS! That's right, Two more weeks in Idaho and then I am going home. I won't be done with Idaho however, I am staying on at the hospital here as a PRN (as needed) employee so I can hold my seniority at HCA until I am done with school. I already have 5 years (six in June) with this company and I am planning on staying there when I am done with college. Plus, Mike is staying here until what we thought was June 18 but now they told him it will be the END of JULY....GRRR! That made me mad! I didn't like the fact of him staying here for three weeks longer, now it is 7 weeks longer. I should have just started school in August. On the bright side though I will be one semester closer to my Degree!

Just Catchin' up
Hey, I just haven't updated this for awhile. I thought I would give you an update on what we have been up to. Work, Work and did I mention Work?! I have been busy working two jobs and Mike has been putting in 60+ hours a week. We are never home and We hardly see each other. I worked this morning and Mike is working tonight. I came home and did some much needed housework! GO ME!! (the housework hasn't been done since my last blog....EEEWWWW! ) It looks emaculate now. I even dusted!!!! It took me four hours but hey it got done that's what counts right. I gave my job my notice to quit since I am moving back home :) I can't wait! I signed up for school at SLCC. I start June 4th. I am moving home before Mike is because school starts before he can go. I will be moving back sometime in the week of May 24th to June 3rd YEAH!! Mike has to stay here in Idaho until July 1st. I will come to see him on the weekends. It won't be fun to be without him but I hardly see him now anyway. I will be busy with school and I will have to hang out with my family and friends. And, the Hot Tub in My parents backyard is calling my name! I am going for now, I need a nap!

I lived in Utah for 23 years and 11 months and I lived in Idaho the last 14 months and Utah won't claim me! Easter at the Sand Dunes
This year we went to Delta, Utah with my family, except Kim and Jason (they spent easter with Jason's Family this year). The Sand Dunes are there. We took our fourwheelers and had a blast! I would put pictures up, but my camera broke while we were there so I don't have any. I have to get copies from Albeth. Xander got a fourwheeler for Christmas and got to ride it for the first time. At first he was scared but he got braver as the time went by. After a while he got brave and would drive it by himself! It was so cute! When we got back to Salt Lake I got to go get Ice cream with my Grandparents! Leatherby's, YUMMY! Tiffany came to say hello for a bit too. The Next day we went to Korry's house and had some smoothies Albeth made with their new smoothie maker while we watched Korry put in his new dishwasher. We went to see Doomsday at the theater. It was pretty violent, not my favorite. Then we decided we were hungry and went to a chinese restraunt. They had American Idol playing on a big screen T.V. My dad said he was going to make it a tradition to go there every tuesday! We went to visit Mike's parents and then it was back to Idaho we went. I HATED coming back up here, but it won't be too much longer. Then I can stay in Salt Lake.

Who says nothing happens in Idaho Falls?
I couln't believe it! I was working at Shopko today and a few of us were gathered in the customer service desk and our manager was telling us a story about how he got his nickname when all of the sudden the Security team comes running out of their office and two of them went out one door and the other two went out the other. They came back in with two other men with them. They couldn't tell us what they had stolen but we had to keep them locked in the back room until the cops got there. There is a little "jail cell" in the back office, I bet you didn't know that because I didn't until today. Well, while we were waiting for the police to arrive we heard a big noise outside. There were helicopters flying around! The police station called the Security gaurd and let him know that it would be awhile before anyone could come because there was a high speed chase going on on 17th street! (that is the one and only main street in our town) So about an hour had passed and the police station called again to make sure the men we had in custody were not causing too many problems because the chase was still going on and now shots had been fired! Well 17th street is just outside of Shopko and it was close to closing time so we had to leave the building in groups because when we left the people in the high speed chase still hadn't been caught. I know this kind of stuff happens in Salt Lake a lot. But, For it to happen here is pretty rare. It's kind of like in the movie Goonies when Chunk sees a high speed chase and smashes his pizza and shake against the window at the diner! it made my day a bit more interesting any way!

I was on the News!
I was working on Thursday in the N.I.C.U. One of our babies had a very rare procedure done to save her life a few weeks ago. So all of the News stations and the Newspaper were there doing a story on her. I was Trying to stay out of the way because I looked like crap that day! I just pulled my hair back, so just ignore that. I had to take the cover off of her incubater so they could get some pictures of her and that was fine. When they turned off the cameras I went to put the cover back on and they turned the cameras back on! That was not nice! I would let you watch the story of what happened, except I can't get the video to download to my blog. If you want to watch it put your email in my comments and I will email the video to you. She is the cutest baby! It really is a miracle that she survived!

Visitors
Last Sunday we had a few visitors come to see us! Mike's Mom, Cyndee and his sister Cheryl came in the early afternoon. We went to the store to get some snacks so we could have some while we played games. We were trying to kill some time before we went to Olive Garden to meet Mike for dinner. When we got back to my house, My brother Korry, and his wife, Albeth were waiting for us! They brought their new car up to show us and of course to let me see Albeth's belly! She is 20, now 21 weeks pregnant with a Boy! She says it's a BLUE! She is such a cute Pregnant lady. Good thing because they told me they were going to have 5 kids and they are just going to keep having them. Good luck with that you two! I will love it! I love being an aunt. We went to Olive Garden for dinner and then spent the next few days hanging out, playing games and laughing! I had a blast! I love it when people come to visit. Korry lit a fire for us both of the nights he was here and we roasted Marshmallows and made S'mores! It was great! I made a slideshow of the pictures that I took while they were all here it is posted on the right side of my blog. Check it out!

I've Been Tagged by Tiffany!
1. Link to your tagger and post these rules. 2. Share 5 facts about yourself. 3. Tag 5 people at the end of your post and list their names (linking to them). 4. Let them know they've been tagged by leaving a comment at their blogs.
OK here it goes:
1. I have a diamond on my tooth! Not a lot of people know that but it is usually one of the first things people say to other people when they introduce me to someone. I got it when I got my braces off. My orthodontist glued it on. It is a real Diamond from "The Shane Company". I forget it is there until people say something about it. My mom wanted to get one too but my dad wouldn't let her.
2. My best friend Tiffany, who sent me this tag, beat me up when I was four years old. She bet me that I wouldn't put this on here so I had too! (Your Welcome Tiff:)
She didn't want me to go home one day when we were playing. My mom was going to make cookies or something and I wanted to go help. Tiffany didn't want me to leave her house so she pinned me up against her fence. I still to this day do not let her get over that!
3. I met my husband at Mcdonald's, when I was 15! That was 10 years ago I can't believe it! We dated all through High School. We got married when I was 20 and now I am 25. Our anniversary is next month. We will have been married for 5 years! I told him I want diamond earrings. Lets see if I get them. I love you Mikey!
4. I am addicted to Cherry Icee's! I love Cherry Icee's! The Wal-Mart by my house has a Mcdonald's in it that has an Icee Machine in it. Every time I got to Wal-Mart, which is a lot considering that is one of the only places to shop where I live, I get a cherry Icee. K-mart has them too I have discovered, But they are usually out of cherry so I have to get blue. The movie theaters have cherry Icee's too. I get one if we ever go to the movies.
5. I lettered in Seminary in High School. That is the only thing I got a letter in. There isn't really anything you can put on a lettermans jacket for that so I didn't ever buy one, But I got a certificate and everything for lettering in Seminary.

Mike is forgiven
Mike missed my birthday and I gave him a bad time about it. So the next day, he bought me a "belated" birthday card and a new scrub top for work. It is really cute. He also baked me a cake! I was amazed because he never cooks! He even put sprinkles on the top.

Happy Birthday to me!
It's Official! I am a quarter of a century old!! I turned 25 years old today! I wanted to go home to Salt Lake to see all of my family and friends but my wallet wouldn't allow it. I have a lot of bills to make up for that car accident and two surgeries from a couple months ago so we are broke! I miss everyone and I am very sad that I didn't get to see you for my birthday. I will come in a month or so. Mike didn't get me a card...or flowers..or a present...needless to say, he is in trouble with me! I did get to go to dinner at Texas Roadhouse and then to see a movie. We went and saw "Bucket List" it was funny and really sad at the same time! Texas roadhouse was FREE because Olive Garden and Texas Roadhouse made this really sweet deal that the managers from each restaraunt get to eat at the other one for free. I LOVE that deal! Mike and I both got Ribs (YUMMY!) and a steak and it was FREE!! That is the best deal ever! I had free movie tickets from my work to go to a movie so that was free too! I told Mike that he went all out on that one! LOL He is going to take me to see "Fools Gold" Tomorrow for Valentine's Day because he has to work on the real Valentine's Day. I am excited to see that. Albeth, My sister in Law, said it is a really good movie. I called my Grandma and Grandpa Hart and told them I was a quarter of a century old and my Grandma said, "well, I am three quarters of a century old!" My grandpa said, "yeah, and I'm a century old in 19 years!" so when you put it in that persective, I am not that old, but I sure do think so! My cute little neices called and sang "Happy Birthday" to me on my answering machine. They are pretty good little singers! I had a good day, although it would have been better in Salt Lake with my family. There is always next year......

Taste the POO!
I saw at the store today that they are now making CHOCOLATE skittles. I am not sure how I feel about this. The theme for skittles is "Taste the Rainbow". The last time I checked, the colors in the rainbow were red, yellow, pink, green, purple, orange, and blue. NOT BROWN. Now in the past skittles had made variations of the "rainbow" colors to make tropical skittles and berry skittles, but at least they were colors. It is like they decided to let their kids come up with the new color and use fingerpaints. They just mixed all of the "rainbow" colors together to make BROWN. Brown is usually the color of Poo so Mike and I think the new theme for skittles should be "Taste the Poo" . I have yet to try these new candies, but I am a little skeptical. If anyone is daring enough, let me know how they taste. Aparently they have been out since October 2007, but I have been a little "laid up" since October. So, maybe someone has already tried them. Here is a website that has a review for these new candies http://candyaddict.com/blog/2007/10/01/candy-review-skittles-chocolate-mix/

Let it snow..Let it snow..Let it snow..SOMEWHERE ELSE!
This has been some of the coldest and windiest storms I have seen in my life here in Idaho Falls! It is so cold with below zero degree weather and wind chill that chills right through your bones. The snow is deep and it just keeps on coming! In fact rumor has it that we are in for another big one tomorrow! I am not looking forward to it. I don't even own a pair of boots! I am going to get some as soon as they get more in stock! All of the stores are out of boots and snow shovels! They can't seem to keep them in stock! When it is not snowing the wind is blowing the snow off of the rooftops onto the passers by. They don't even plow the streets in Idaho falls! Getting out of our driveway is a nightmare! I am dreaming of white sandy beaches, clear blue water and a bright shining sun! I think Hawaii sounds great right now!

Here Doggy, Doggy, Doggy!
Mike and I went to watch Sherrie's dogs this week. Sherrie is another manager that Mike works with at the Olive Garden. She has two dogs, Sissy and Oscar (like Oscar Meyer Weiner) they were really nice dogs! They hardley ever barked. They would go outside when you told them to. They love to sit in front of the little space heater that Sherrie has for them on the floor. It was really fun. Except for this one time at dog camp :) when oscar (the brown one) ate too much and got sick and threw up everywhere, which in turn made me throw up because I had to clean it up! That wasn't so fun!

President Hinckley
President Gordon B. Hinckley will be greatly missed. He passed away January 27, 2007. I can remember when he became the Prophet of the church. I remember listening to him during conference, I'll admit, usually he was the only one I listened to. I would always have conference on in the background of whatever I was doing and when it was his turn to speak, I would stop whatever it was and turn up the volume and listen. I got the chance to go to the conference center and hear him speak at two different conferences. He was so kind to everyone. I loved watching him walk into conference waving his cane to say hello. He almost always had a little joke added in his talks. I remember this last conference in October, 2007 he said, " I know you are not supposed to use the same talk more than once, but I have given over 200 talks so I am going to use one of those." He made everyone laugh. I thought it was really cute. President Hinckley has been the prophet for most of my life that I can remember. I will miss him, but I know that he is with his wife for eternity now. He is in a much better place then we all are. I can only hope to one day make it there to see him again. As quoted from his funeral services today, and a hymn, "God be with you til we meet again." Goodbye President Hinckley.

Go Cheryl!
Cheryl (mike's sister) went on a real bobsled run today in Park City, UT. She called me and told me it was really scary! She is glad she did it, but she will NEVER do it again!

Early Mother's Day Tribute
This is for all you moms out there and people who just need a laugh. I found this at work.
Why did God make Mothers?
1. She's the only one who knows where the scotch tape is.
2. Mostly to clean the house
3. To help us out of there when we are born.
How did God Make Mothers?
1. He used dirt, just like with the rest of us.
2. Magic plus super powers and a lot of stirring
What ingredients are mothers made of?
1. God makes mothers out of clouds and angel hair and everything nice in the world and one dab of mean.
2. They had to get their start from men's bones. Then mostly string I think.
Why did God give you your mother and not some other mom?
1. We're Related.
2. God knew she likes me a lot more than other people's moms like me/
What kind of little girl was your mom?
1. My mom has always been my mom and none of that other stuff.
2. I don't know because I wasn't there, but my guess would be pretty bossy.
3. They say she used to be nice.
What did mom need to know about dad before she married him?
1. His last name.
2. She had to know his background, like is he a crook? Does he get drunk on beer?
3. Does he make at least $800 a year?
Why did your mom marry your dad?
1. My dad makes the best spagetti in the world. And my mom eats a lot.
2. She got too old to do anything else with him.
3. My grandma says mom didn't have her thinking cap on.
Who's the boss at your house?
1. Mom doesn't want to be the boss but she has to because dad is such a goofball.
2. Mom. You can tell by room inspection. She see the stuff under the bed.
3. I guess mom is, but only because she has a lot more to do than dad.
What's the difference between mom's and dad's?
1. Moms work at work and work at home and dads just go to work at work.
2. Moms know how to talk to teachers without scaring them.
3. Dads are taller and stronger, but moms have all the real power 'cause that's who you have to ask if you want to sleep over at your friend's.
4. Moms have magic, they make you feel better without medicine.
What does you mom do in her spare time?
1. Mother's don't do spare time.
2. To hear her tell it, she pays bills all day long.
2. Diet. You know her hair. I'd Diet, maybe blue.
If you could change one thing about your mom, what would it be?
1. She has this weird thing about me keeping my room clean. I would get rid of that.
2. I'd make my mom smarter. Then she would know it was my sister who did it and not me.
3. I would like for her to get rid of those invisible eyes on the back of her head.
I thought that was funny. Even though I don't have kids of my own, I still can relate. Mike is like my kid, I am constantly nagging him to clean his room!

I miss my babies!!!!
Alyssa Brooke Miller "Lyssy" is my oldest neice. She is so cute and loveable. I just love her to death. I miss seeing her all of the time. She just started an art class and boy is she loving it. She called me last night to tell me all about it. I love talking to her on the phone! Everytime I talk to her she says she wants me to help her build a snowman. I wish I could, I will have to do that when I go to Salt Lake again. I love you Lyssy! See you soon!
This is Abby "Princess Ballarina, Abby Caddabby, Angel, Babs, or sometimes Princess Ballarina Abby Caddabby" Elizabeth Miller. She is so cute! She is Alyssa's little sister. She is in a Ballet class. She absolutely loves it. She called me on the phone and said " you have to put your arms like this, and turn around like this, and then you jump and jump, and then you put your toes like this!" she was showing me what to do thinking I could see her over the phone. She is a very sweet little girl. I would like to think I am her favorite when we come to visit, but I am afraid her Uncle Mike has me beat on that one. She loves her Uncle Mike. I love you Babs!
This is My Sweet little nephew Xander. I don't have any nicknames for him because he just says thats not my name, my name is Xander! I Love him to death. He is the best little boy I have ever seen. If you tell him not to do something he won't. He loves his mama! He just got a new fourwheeler for christmas. That's right, a gas powered fourwheeler just like grandma and Grandpa Johnsons, only Xander sized. He loves to learn. He is so smart! He can out smart anyone when it comes to cars! We can drive down the street and point to any car and he can tell you what kind it is. I don't even know cars like that. He will even correct you if you say it wrong! I love you Xander!

I Don't Like ICE!
The other day I was minding my own business walking into work like I normally do and I came upon some steps that had not been shoveled yet. I thought to myself, Kristy you better hold on to the rail because with the way your luck had been recently you will get hurt. Sure enough, I stepped on the first step and BAM! Down I went. I think that I would have been ok because there was so much snow I kindof just slid down the stairs like I was a bobsled on a run, but since I was holding on my arm went up behind my head and twisted and pulled. Since I was at work, I had to go to the E.R. and wait ....and wait.....and wait....and you get the idea. I was in the E.R. for about eight hours for them to tell me I spraned my wrist, elbow, and shoulder. Oh, did I also mention I hurt just about every muscle from my neck down? So, now you can see why I DON'T LIKE ICE!!!

My First Blog!
Alright, I confess, I didn't really want to make one of these because they take so much time. I thought I would not like it and I wouldn't use it all that much but once you start one of these it is kind of hard not to like it! This is all made possible by my friend Tiffany. She kept telling me I should have one and after looking at hers a few times I decided I would give it a try. Her link is on this page if you want to look at hers it is really cute!
